To develop more communication and relationship skills in the DDP staff, we held a workshop this morning on conflict resolution. The workshop leader was Amy Szarkowski, a university teacher from Japan. She had visited DDP last week, and in talking to her, it was apparent that she had the experience and skills we needed for our staff, so she graciously agreed to change her travel intinerary and return to Phnom Penh for this workshop. It turned out very well, and the staff didn't even complain about coming in on a Saturday! We hope to have Amy back for more of the same later.
